Born and raised to a family of restaurateurs in Kingston, Jamaica, Philip has a deep love for service towards people. His background travels worldwide - from running the family of restaurants in Jamaica, attending Hotel Management school in Switzerland to working across the seven seas, tending to the high profile guests with Royal Caribbean.
Along with his partners, Philip started the Rise & Grind Franchise with a simple vision - to excite the morning routine to more than just coffee, or breakfast -- to both! He has very high hopes for the concept and is willing to go above and beyond for every guest to jump on board and enjoy Rise & Grind along with him.
